Top SeaPort NxG Task Orders
As mentioned previously, SeaPort NxG is utilized across U.S. Department of the Navy customers nationwide. The top 10 task orders by potential ceiling value are serving several customers across the nation.

For this analysis, we identified the top task orders overall within the SeaPort NxG vehicle by potential ceiling value. Using this methodology, some task orders have only recently been awarded and therefore have minimal spending to date; however, they have the potential to grow in value over the life of the contract.

The FedSavvy Strategies Takeaway
- Almost all the top task orders by funding were awarded through either NAVWAR or NAVSEA via the surface and undersea warfare centers, demonstrating the vehicle’s heavy focus on support services for training systems, financial systems, C4ISR platforms and digital engineering.
- The single exception is a task order from NAVAIR’s NAWCAD, which focused on technology development and prototyping.
- Half of the top 10 task orders by potential ceiling value were awarded in 2023, showing that work is still in the early stages and much of the vehicle’s potential ceiling value has not yet been realized.
- Many of the vehicle’s top 10 competitors are also holders of the highest value task orders, including IBM, Huntington Ingalls, Serco, GDIT, SAIC and KBR.
- However, Booz Allen Hamilton was noticeably absent from this list, showing that instead of holding massive-scale task orders, the company holds many, moderately valued awards.
- Falconwood, a veteran, woman-owned small business is the only winner on this list not classified as a large business. However, the PEO Digital task order was competed as a full and open competition, reinforcing the fact that small businesses are capable of winning outside of set aside competitions.
Stay tuned for a continuation of this SeaPort NxG series, as we will be diving into award trends across task orders.
