About The Team
All FedSavvy Strategies personnel – both full-time and consulting – are personally selected by the founder. This is done to ensure quality of personnel as would any reputable consulting firm. Beyond careful hiring and use of other consultants is the evaluation of the team member’s tangible and intangible attributes. What does this mean?
Team members have demonstrated skills in:
- Market research
Teaching critical thinking skills and the ability to find truths in a sea of data and what may seem to be unconnected facts is possible, but having a knack for such work is better to develop when a foundation exists.
- Competitive intelligence
Similar to market research, this demands a tenacity to find information that drives critical business decisions. This level of refinement takes years of experience to develop and execute.
- Business development
Deal makers that know how to get things done…and they have the experience to make things happen.
- Capture management
Running a capture plan is both art and science. We utilize people that have the focus and experience to bring teams together to win.
As important as the above skills are, it is not enough. We have to evaluate our team for intangibles, too.
Is the person 100% focused on delivering the best possible deliverables without compromising quality? If they want to work here, this is essential.
We have a small organization so every second of every day counts. The team has to come to work with a mission and that is empowering our clients to succeed…or that person simply does not fit our mold.
Similar to tenacity, we have many precious resources and among them is the precious, non-renewable resource of time. Just like you, none of us have time to waste. We focus our work through disciplined execution of engagements and proven processes.
The path to help a client realize their dreams is rarely a straight line. We embrace the concept of Semper Gumby and any team member has to be flexible to get the job done…while never crossing any ethical boundaries.
Above all considerations, all team members must embrace our ethos.
“Empowering your success.”
This is who we are. This is what we do.
